The Advantages of Driving with Google Assistant
Google has rolled out Driving Mode for its artificial intelligence-powered virtual assistant—Google Assistant. It enables you to use voice commands to control your smartphone, reducing the risks of distracted driving on the road.
Distracted driving causes a lot of accidents in the U.S. every year, which are often fatal. In 2019 alone, it claimed 3,142 lives. Instead of picking up your phone to read a text or make a call, you can use Google Assistant. You’ll never have to take your hands off the steering wheel or your eyes off the road. You can help keep the roads safe for everyone.

Google also plans to make it possible for you to control your vehicle’s settings when you’re in Driving Mode. With remote control features, you could adjust the temperature of your car before you even step inside.
